HSUS is Anti-Meat

The HSUS says they aren't anti-meat or pro-vegan. However, this little video seems to suggest a different story.

It's sad that people like Mr. Shapiro do not understand that it would be impossible to feed the world a vegetarian or vegan diet. there is simply not enough food. Not to mention, the substantial lack of nutrients and vitamins obtained from animals raised for consumption.

And let us include indoctrination of our children. Define indoctrination as:

–verb (used with object),-nat·ed, -nat·ing.
1. to instruct in a doctrine, principle, ideology, etc., esp. to imbue with a specific partisan or biased belief or point of view.
2. to teach or inculcate.
3. to imbue with learning.

This should be enough to scare anyone into wanting to stop HSUS. They want to take the rights of being a good parent away!

By these post seems Meat producers are Mad because they dont want to follow humane treatment toward animals. Troy Hadrick is the Circus ring leader for idiots that follow him while pockets money from people who go to his circus shows on the road.. Seems Troy would promote humane treatment and push for funding of rescues Instead he insults people and lie to others.. Get a life Dude..

What this man doesn't understand is that the vast majority of animal cruelty is going to happen regardless of whether we choose to have food animals or "pets". People who abuse animals are bent on abusing them and will satisfy their desires in the most convenient way possible. Think of child abuse; we can regulate until all the regulations are regulated, but there will still be bad apples out there who continue abusing. Ending meat consumption isn't going to change an abuser's mindset. There would just be more animals to abuse because we aren't harvesting for meat. Also, if we don't harvest any meat at all, we are faced with an animal control issue that would lead us to castration as an answer, and if this man continues his current thought process, castration is another opportunity for abuse. Pick your battles wisely, sir.
