The first challenge is embracing the language people are using online with regards to our industry versus the language we prefer to use. We were smart enough to do this around "mad cow" why do we forget to do with ongoing challenges like animal care (or as consumers call it animal welfare, rights, humane farming, factory farming, etc...) Until we get smart and in the conversation that's happening, we'll only talk to ourselves and continue to lose ground.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
